Marshawn Feltus, founder and instructor of ACT Yoga (located on the westside of Chicago), joins Nikki & Rae to discuss the power yoga has in transforming peoples lives. In discussing his practice, he candidly shares his experience of learning and teaching yoga in prison along with his journey to bringing yoga to westside communities in Chicago.
